Not happy!

A few years ago I had a lady approach me asking if I wanted to have a jewelry party at home. It was like a party plan thing where she would bring all the items to my house, put it on display, take our orders and deliver it to us a few weeks later.
She assured me that it was the finest Italian gold and good quality. I have had nothing but trouble with the items I bought from her. One of the rings I bought keeps splitting and now the chunky bracelet I bought has snapped at the clasp. Every time I try to contact her, she gives me the run around.
So I don’t know if I should get it fixed or not.
