I had to call our insurance company this morning because I need to find out whether I need to add DS16 on our car insurance now that he has his learner’s permit. I want to make sure that he and my car are covered in case something happens. I was waiting on hold for ages when a message comes on saying that I can have my questions answered about my car insurance online. Well, thanks very much! You could have told me that before I was put on hold for so long!
