I love watching Ramsey’s Kitchen nightmares. It’s amazing how many people have NO IDEA how to run a restaurant and are hanging on by their eye teeth! Oh, and the obnoxious chefs who think they are the cat’s pajamas! I know about this - I’m married to a chef! LOL

The thing I like most is watching the transformation of the places when Ramsey’s crew go in and makeover the restaurant. It’s amazing how replacing the tired, old decor and replacing it with attractive wrought iron patio furniture or other furniture that matches the feel you are trying to create makes a world of difference.

I think it’d be fun redesigning a restaurant.
